Return Process

  Log into your Inkarto account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
